In addition to the above the organisation employs 13 teachers for the community schools. Out of the total 6 are female teachers. And 6 male teachers, and one male Skill teacher at Mashaal Centers. The organisation also, keeps an active roster of resource persons from NGOs, Government and University for advise on programme design and support in training programmes
